I’ve just finished watching Season 3 of HBO’s The White Lotus, and I’m a bit obsessed - which prompted this personal piece. I’ve always had a love of travel and I love how the show really takes you there - the sights, sounds, music all contribute to this. The show is known for making people flock to the hotel locations after each series, in this case The Four Seasons in Thailand. I thought the piece could be about this, with a headline of ‘The Lotus Effect’.

Inspired by the beauty of Thailand, I wanted to create an illustrated scene, featuring one of the rooms from the infamous hotel and my favourite character Chelsea.
